Organizational

1. Microsoft 365 Account
   1. Receive Microsoft 365 account credentials (work Email)
      
   2. Use provided credentials to get access to you Microsoft 365 account:
      1. Go to https://www.office.com/
      2. Click "Sign In"
      3. Use provided credentials and you should be able to access your Microsoft 365 account
      4. I recommend to at least get desktop versions of:
         1. Outlook
         2. Excel
         3. PowerPoint
         4. Microsoft Teams
         5. use Download Microsoft Office 365 for Windows and Mac | Microsoft 365 and login with your credentials to download them
            
   3. Activate 2FA
      
2. Slack Account
   1. Go to Log in | Slack
   2. Use provided email and you should be able to Finmars Slack Workspace
   3. Set your Full Name
   4. Also desktop version is recommended
      
3. Security
   1. Conduct an interview with the Security Team
      1. as of now it's Andrey ("Andrey Lizunov" <andrey.lizunov@mars-cap.com>)
      2. Write him an email to ask for Security Interview
      3. Install Corporate Antivirus
      4. Activate BitLocker
         
4. VPN
   1. Write to the responsible person to get your .ovpn profile
      1.  as of now it's Sergei ("Sergei Zhitevev" <s.zhitenev@finmars.com>)
   2. We use OpenVPN client:
      1. Download a client OpenVPN Connect - VPN For Your Operating System | OpenVPN
      2. Import provided profile
      3. Remember pin code provided
      4. Activate your VPN
      5. Try to access https://stage.finmars.com/ 
      6. Register your account, username should be like "firstname_lastname"
5. Jira
   1. You should be able to access to Jira with your work email https://finmars2018.atlassian.net/ 
   2. Ask access to the needed Projects:
      1. as of now responsible is Oleg ("Oleg Greshenev" <o.greshenev@finmars.com>) 
      2. Platform (for Platform development): PLATFORM - Timeline - Jira
      3. Analytics Department (for integrations and configurations): Analyst Department - Timeline - Jira
6. Confluence (internal documentation)
   1. You should be able to access to Confluence with your work email https://finmars2018.atlassian.net/wiki 
   2. Ask access to the needed Spaces

7. Finmars Docs (public documentation)
   1. Write to the responsible person to create an account
      1.  as of now it's Sergei ("Sergei Osipov" <s.osipov@finmars.com>)
   2. Wait for an email with credentials
   3. Login to https://docs.finmars.com/ 
8. Finmars License Key (to create your own workspace in the platform)
   1. Write to the responsible person to get your own Finmars license key
      1.  as of now it's Sergei ("Sergei Zhitevev" <s.zhitenev@finmars.com>)
   2. After you get it you would be able to create your own workspaces in any environment.
