# Portfolio

## Type

- **General Portfolio** (com.finmars.standard-other:portfolios.portfoliotype:general) - General Purpose Portfolio type.
- **Manual Managed Portfolio** (com.finmars.standard-other:portfolios.portfoliotype:manual) - Portfolios indicated as manually managed, meaning that new transactions and changes are supposed to be manually.
- **Position Only Portfolio** (com.finmars.standard-other:portfolios.portfoliotype:position) - positional portfolios, meaning that it consists only of positions, doesn't need registers and portfolio calculations and should be used for reconciliation.

## Entities

- **"-" (dash)** - System default entity, indicating absence of relation to an entity

## Entity Viewer Layout

- **PORT** (com.finmars.standard-layouts:portfolios.portfolio:port) 
    - **User code** (user\_code) - unique code for the entity
    - **Portfolio type** (portfolio\_type)
    - **Short name** (short\_name)
    - **Name** (name)
    - **Public name** (public\_name)
    - **Notes** (notes)
    - **1st TXN DAT** (first\_transaction\_date) - the trade date of the first transaction in the portfolio
    - **1st CF DAT** (first\_cash\_flow\_date) - the date of the first cash flow transaction (deposit or withdraw) in the portfolio

- **Entity Header**
    - **Portfolio** - Complex Field which include user\_code and different Name fields
    - **Status** - Enabled/Disabled/Deleted (Disabled is when it's excluded from reports)
